A grazing workshop will be held on Thursday December 15th in the Beaudesert/Canungra district. The content of the day will modify previous grazing workshops - this time it will be a pasture stock take focusing on grazing management techniques and land condition assessment/ pasture ID. Ian McConnel from DEEDI will host the workshop.

Agenda

9:00 - 12:30 - Key Grazing Land Management messages

12:30 - 1:00- Lunch

1:00 - 3:00 - Optional Field session GLM messages

SEQ Catchments is also looking at a follow up workshop to further look at grazing management techniques/paddock infrastructure planning in February 2012.

Venue and cost is still to be confirmed though it’s possible the workshop will be free, with an option to purchase some grazing management materials.
