The Ethos Foundation and Scenic Rim Regional Council are pleased to be hosting the Smart Growth Business workshops in June, September and November 2010.
Their focus is beyond sustainability and more about how locally-owned Scenic Rim businesses can successfully anticipate and meet the needs of their customers, communities, local natural environment and government, and at the same time, become more prosperous and resilient.
Ultimately it’s about creating a real balance between building a flourishing business, nourishing a high quality of life, environmental and community responsibility and fun. Smart Growth Business is about all of these vitally important issues.
Smart Growth Business workshops will be running on:
- Thursday June 24 at the L&A Hotel Brisbane Rd, Beaudesert – 9.30am-12.30pm
- Wednesday September 15 at St Bernard’s Hotel, Tamborine Mountain – 9.30am-12.30pm
- Wednesday November 10 at The Centre, Brisbane Rd, Beaudesert – 9.30am-12.30pm
Cost is only $15 and includes morning tea and workshop notes and weblinks.
