This community-created plan, a first for the Scenic Rim region, outlines a range of projects to strengthen the community’s local economy, community bonds and community resilience while reducing its dependence on and emissions from fossil fuels. It includes chapters on Food, Water, Energy, Health, Housing, Waste Management, Transport, Education and Re-skilling, Communication, Business, Finance and Local Economy, and Manufacturing and Repair.
The Tamborine Mountain Sustainability Group belongs to the world-wide Transition Network.
